What is “Pre-Pay” Option?

“Pre-Pay” Option means full payment will be charged prior to arrival at the hotel.

All pre-pay prices are nett. There will be no further charges except for other miscellaneous usage of the hotel's or resort's facilities, like mini-bar, telephone call etc.

Payment Method

We accept VISA, Master Card for payment of your bookings.

We also accept bank transfers but no cheques. We require you to provide us with document of bank transfer document by fax or e-mail

With international standard of Online Technology, your credit card transaction will link directly to the bank, so you can be sure with safety of using your credit card on our website.

Please note that all payments (non-credit cards) must be cleared by our banks at least 7 days prior to your check-in dates.

When will we charge your credit card?

We generally charge your credit card 5-7 days prior to the date of check –in.

If you are checking in within 7 days, we will charge your credit card immediately.

Who will charge your credit card?

As mentioned above, we directly link our payment gateway to the bank, meaning that your credit card will be charged from the bank and hence, very safe for your usage of credit card for online payment with us.

Booking Response Time

We generally response to booking within 01 day after your submission. However, sometimes hotels and resorts take a longer time to respond to your request for rooms such as, it may take up to 03 days to respond to you.

Booking Lead Time
We require at least 03 - 05 days to process your booking requests. However, if you urgently need a room, we can still try to make the booking for you.

Contacts for Changes/Cancellations to your Booking

  Please contact us directly for any changes or cancellations to your bookings.

If you need to make any changes to your bookings, please contact us directly instead of the hotel. Most hotels will not entertain your change requests as we are the party who made the booking. We will have to submit changes or cancellations to your booking to the hotel involved.

Please note that if you fail to inform us, your previously confirmed booking will still stand .

Changes/Cancellations of your Booking
If you need to make changes to your bookings (e.g. extension of stay, additional rooms etc.), please send us an email with your confirmation ID, together with your requirements and we will process it as soon as possible. We will inform you that we receive your change request document and once again after your change has been completely made. If you don't receive our reply message of receiving change request document or complete change document, imply that your documents may not have been received. Your booking will still stand. You may need to re-submit your change request again.

We appreciate all changes by document only.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be instructed to us by e-mail or fax.

We will inform you that we receive your change request document and once again after your change has been completely made. If you don't receive our reply message of receiving change request document or complete change document, imply that your documents may not have been received. Your booking will still stand. You may need to re-submit your change request again.

Cancellations Charges
If you cancel at least 07 working days prior to you check-in date - No Charges
If you cancel at 7- 4 days prior to you check-in date – 15 % (of total amount) for Admin Fee and bank surcharge will be deducted.
If you cancel less than 4 days prior to you check-in date - 1 Night No Show Charge AND 15% (of total amount) Admin Fee and bank surcharge will be deducted.
If you cancel on (or after) the date of check-in - No Refund
