          Opened in 1974 and extensive renovated in 2005 and 2006, the vibrant and lively Royal Cliff Beach Hotel is located at the heart of the resort. Providing exceptional value for money, the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel offers a wide range of accommodation and all of the benefit and facilities of the luxurious resorts. There are 527 Mini-Suite, 5 Theme Suite (1 Bedroom) and 21 Theme Suites (2 Bedrooms)

Mini-Suite
Large room with small separate step-up lounge area. Spacious balconies with sea or garden view.

Theme Suite
One and two-bedroom suites offering fabulous sea views, living room, bar area and large balconies with sunloungers. Each suite is specially themed from Bonsai to Maharajah to Admiral.

Royal Cliff Terrace (89 Rooms & Suites/ 5 Floors/ 2 elevators)

          There are 64 Mini/Honeymoon Suite, 14 Family Suites (2 Bedrooms), 11 Cliff Terrace Suites (2 bedrooms). Constructed in 1973 and completely renovated in 2006 in chic, contemporary Thai style, the Royal Cliff Terrace is a low-rise 5 storey building built into the cliff face close to the directly facing the sea. The hotel has a secluded beachfront location and tranquil atmosphere. All accommodations has Hi-Fi system and large, seaview balconies with sun loungers.

Mini-Suite / Honeymoon Suite
Completely renovated in a chic, modern Thai style, the Mini-Suite / Honeymoon Suite provides a tropical ambience with a large room, separate step-up lounge area and spacious, beachfront balcony or terrace with sunloungers offering stunning sea views.

Family Suite
A charming setting with cheerful décor, the Family Suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom suites, a central living room and 2 large sea view balconies with sunloungers and tables. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

Cliff Terrace Suite
The all new Cliff Terrace Suite is decorated in Contemporary Thai style with wooden floors and ceilings and has a Large bedded Master bedroom and central Living Room, each with plasma tv and a second bedroom with twin beds. The luxuriously large and modern bathroom features a deep soaking tub and separate walk in shower and is complemented with designer toiletries.

Royal Cliff Grand and Spa (372 Rooms & Suites/19 Floor/ 6 elevators)

          There are 249 Club Sea View Rooms, 85 Grand Club Sea View Rooms, Junior Suites(1 Bedroom), 16 Regency Suites (1 Bedroom), 13 Regency Suites (2 Bedrooms) and 2 Royal Suites (2 Bedrooms). The Royal Cliff grand & Spa was built in 1992 to accommodate every possible need of today’s sophisticated traveler with its elegant design and modern features. Guests at the Royal Cliff Grand & Spa have exclusive use of its beautifully landscaped swimming pool and sun decks as well as the Lotus Club Lounge, where they can enjoy daily complimentary Continental Breakfast. The spa offers a wide range of traditional and modern treatments.

Club Sea View Room
Decorated in elegance and modern simplicity, the Club Sea View Room has a spacious marble bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and double washbasins. Its seafacing balcony has 2 sunloungers and a shower.

Grand Club Sea View Room
Stylishly decorated, all have seafacing balconies with sunloungers/outside shower and luxuriously large marble bathrooms with double washbasins. The Grand Club Sea View Room has a larger bathroom than the Club Sea View Room.

Junior Suite
Elegant one-bedroom suites with a King-size bed and a decadent marble bathroom opening up onto a light and airy lounge/dining area fronted by balconies offering unique views across the resort and the Royal Cliff Bay.

Regency Suite (1 Bedroom)
The elegant 1-bedroom Regency Suite features a bedroom with a King-size bed and a luxuriously large marble bathroom. The bedroom opens up onto a lounge with dining area and is fronted by balconies offering panoramic views across the resort and the bay. There is also a guest toilet adjacent to the living room area.

Regency Suite (2 Bedroom)
Classically designed with modern sophistication in mind, the 2-bedroom Regency Suite comprises a large Master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an anteroom and a luxuriously large marble bathroom with a separate shower. The second bedroom is a Grand Room with Hollywood twin beds, private bathroom, balcony with sunloungers and its own separate entrance. The Regency Suite also has a lounge with a dining room area and balconies from every room offering sweeping views of the bay.

Royal Suite
The Royal Suite, decorated with elegant and exquisite furnishings, comprises a lounge with a dining area, a large Master bedroom with a King-size bed, a walk-in closet, an anteroom and luxuriously large marble bathrooms with separate walk-in showers. The second bedroom is a Grand room with Hollywood twin beds, private bathroom and balcony sunloungers and its own separate entrance. The Royal Suite has a large terrace adorned with colourful tropical plants and is the ideal setting for an exotic cocktail party against a spectacular view of the bay and islands as a backdrop.

Royal Wing & Spa (85 Suites/ 8 floors/ 2 elevators)

          There are 83 Royal Wing Suites (1 Bedroom) and 2 Presidential Suites (3 Bedrooms). Extensively refurnished in 2006, the all-suites Royal Wing & Spa is recognized as one of the world’s finest hotels offering highly personalized service and attention. Exclusivity at the hotel also extends to the private free-form swimming pool set amidst beautifully landscaped garden with reserved sun loungers and poll butler service. All suites have large marble bathrooms with circular Jacuzzi bathtubs, separate shower, DVD system and balconies with sunloungers.

Royal Wing Suite
Elegant one-bedroom suites with king-size bed and decadent marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a separate shower.

Presidential Suite
A mini-apartment with a private butler and beach sala. Each of the 3 bedrooms of the Presidential Suite has its own private living area, bathroom, and flower-filled balconies with both sunloungers as well as tables and chairs.
