Founded in 2002,Charm Churee Villa is the first boutique resort in this area, It is situated in one of the most beautiful beach and bay on Koh Tao: Jansom Bay . Being surrounded with such beauty of lush tropical forest and such serenity of a private beach, the concept emerges. This charming bay is a secluded cove situated at the southwest section of Koh Tao. Only 10 minutes walk from the town. The resort endeavors to become a charming, unique, friendly, peaceful, and in synchronize with nature in both architecturally and environmentally. At this quiet bay, it is very good for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. There is never low tide as most of beaches on Koh Tao are.

Superior Room
There are two types of Superiors. The Mediterranean-Thais are slightly smaller, but with private balcony, you would not feel uncomfortable. Its exterior looks Mediterranean with oriental touch inside. It also features panoramic windows in bathrooms. The Fusion Thais are slightly roomier with "screened balcony" and wooden touch. The exterior looks very Thai, but the interior is somewhat modern. The decor for the bathroom is very stylish, but it is slightly in back of the room. This room type located on hill side and just 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Deluxe
There are only three of their kinds. All of them feature big private balcony, and panoramic windows in bathrooms. Each of them is tastefully decorated. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony size are bigger than Superior and also located on hill side and just 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Panorama
Each Panorama has its own splendid panoramic view of the ocean and Koh Nang Yuan. All of them feature big screened balcony. This room type is also located on hill side and just 2 minutes walk to the beach.
Villa
Villas are located on the white sandy beach and just 5 - 15 step walks to crystal clear sea water!! Villa is well equipped with amenities and it's very cozy and relaxing. Unique decorated with Thai-Bali Style and wonderful outdoor bathroom.
Villa 2 Bedrooms
Villa 2 Bedrooms :A bigger villa with 2 bedrooms, perfect for a whole family. It's right on the beach!
Beachfront Villa

Sunset Villa 1 bedroom:The new bungalow is perfect for honeymooners or peace lover. It's a big house with all amazing detail such as bedroom, panoramic ocean view balcony especially when sun sets!! And twin bathrooms style: outdoor and indoor bathroom which you can see the sea even showering and bathing. This bungalow type is located on the way to the beach and just 1 minute walk away!
Sunset Villa 1 bedroom and 1 Living room : Also the new room, located on the same area as the Sunset Villa. There is a big bedroom, bathroom and balcony and 1 large living room for you to relax and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere ocean view.
Sunset Villa 2 bedrooms :Very suitable for family, situated the same Sunset Villa area. One big bedroom for parents and 1 small for the kids.
Sunset Villa 3 bedrooms :Perfect for a big family or a group of friends, situated on the same Sunset Villa area. There are 2 big bedrooms with wonderful private balcony to enjoy the splendid view and 1 small bedroom for children.
